An elite team of divers, backed by a massive international effort, was entering Day 3 of rescuing a trapped Thai soccer team from deep inside a miles-long cave in Thailand. Things had been going more smoothly than any of the planners had anticipated those first two days of the rescue. But conditions inside the cave were deteriorating.

On the final day of the 2022 legislative session, Colorado’s General Assembly significantly changed Colorado’s law on restrictive covenants with HB 22-1317. The bill now heads to Governor Jared Polis, who is expected to sign it into law. The changes to Colorado law will then go into effect on Tuesday, August 9, 2022.
