Shoichiro Toyoda cause of death: How did Shoichiro Toyoda die?

We are saddened to break the news of the sudden demise of Shoichiro Toyoda – a famous Japanese business executive who served as chairman of Toyota Motor Corporation from 1992 to 1999, as well as chairman of the influential Japan Business Federation from 1994 to 1998. He happens to be the son of  Kiichiro Toyoda and Hatako Toyoda. He was born to them on February 27, 1925, in Nagoya, Aichi, Japan, but sadly passed away on Tuesday, February 14, 2023.

Time to buy? Louisiana housing market slowed by high interest, insurance rates

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - The real estate market in Southeast Louisiana is grappling with high interest and insurance rates, leading to a decrease in buyers heading towards the year’s end. “The time to buy is when nobody wants it. The time to sell is when everybody wants it and this is the time when there are few buyers in the market and there’s some, I hate to say it, desperate sellers but there are,” said real estate analyst Arthur Sterbcow.

Update to Californias New Pay Disclosure Requirements | Cozen O'Connor

On January 1, 2023, Senate Bill 1162 went into effect. This new law imposes significant new pay scale disclosure requirements on California employers. It also leaves a number of questions unanswered, which the Department of Industrial Relations clarified in recently released FAQs. As previously discussed in our October 17, 2022, Alert, SB 1162 requires California employers with 15 or more employees to include the pay scale for a position in any job posting.
